The hotel itself is quite basic. There wasn't enough parking for us, so we needed to park on the opposite side of the hotel and walk a few minutes to our room each time we arrived. The room was okay, though very minimally equipped. The WiFi was unusable - it worked once, but was particularly slow, though we had a strong signal. The bed was comfortable, though the pillows were very thin. There was the usual locked door separating the adjoining room, though we could clearly hear conversations and coughing through it. The location is fantastic.

Rooms are pretty average- the usual 2 or 3 star essentials, though it is out of date. The beds were comfy at least though! Great spot right on the lake and next to Polynesian Spa. Not a bad place to stay if you're just spending a night or two in town and just need a place to crash. The staff couldn't have been friendlier! I appreciate them.

Avoid. Room near reception meant loud people into the night, then bus loads of tourists noisy from 6am. Lake is beautiful for a walk when you can't sleep for the noise. Staff seem busy but not customer focused.
