One of the things I really enjoyed about this place was the location. Right outside to the right of the building/street corner, there is a restaurant that serves pretty good food called Doña Blanca which I gave a pretty good rating too also. If you like walking, you will be able to get to the Angel of Independence within 10 minutes and the Chapultepec Castle within 20-25 minutes. This hotel has really good service. I speak Spanish so I’m not entirely sure how good their English is but I’m sure they should have English speaking employees. The location has a small gym with a treadmill and a cycling machine. There’s an elevator that works well. The rooms come with a private lockbox, but unfortunately ours did not work and they never came to fix it even after being told they would have someone come look at it; however I did feel confident leaving my things hidden/stored away in my luggage. The cleaning people do a good job coming in everyday to change towels, clean the restroom, fix the bed and other things that might be necessary to pick up, like one day they were nice enough to wash our dishes. However, the hallways have a lot of echo so we were able to hear everything that was going on all around, which was not good in a lot of instances. The Jacuzzi was unavailable. Great stay overall, and will stay there again.

The place is not worth the money. The only one benefit is the location. Apartment is old and dirty. There is no even a kettle. I was deeply disappointed and would not recommend.

We stayed here two times. The first time was okay so we decided to come back. But this time there was no toilet seat and it wouldn't installed the whole 2 days while we stayed there... Unfortunately there was even no refund or the chance to make a late check out without additional charging. I would definitely not recommend it. The cooking plates need about 25-30 min to make pasta because they are really slow. Kitchen equipment is not good as well and the blankets could be more clean as well (blood on it)

Pros: - Good location, in a safe area, near many restaurants. - Bed with a firm mattress. Cons: - Wi-Fi is unreliable, very unstable, not suitable for working, having meetings, etc. Simple things like watching YouTube videos is enervating. - Apartment is poorly illuminated to the point it is uncomfortable to cook or perform any general tasks. - Air-conditioning is quite old and noisy. - Kitchen poorly equipped.

Cold. Dark. Super humid, even in the dry season. Staff barely polite. We nicknamed the place "The Sinister Icecube". I got food poisoning in the Pain Quotidien and the hotel was so bad I had to book another one for one night of good rest, despite a tight budget. We slept in the park during the day, because it was more comfortable than the hotel. The place is safe and clean, the shower is hot, but those are the only goods points.
