Affordable, good location. The only bad thing is theres no AC, can get noisy sometimes and the wifi sucks. But I enjoyed my stay here

The staff are super friendly and helpful. The location is great, close to lots of restaurants, cafés and transport. The rooms are a good size, and well-equipped, beds are comfortable and room was clean. WiFi is fast and reliable but the TV wasn't a net TV. The shower took a while to heat up so need to waste a bit of water but it's hot once it gets there. After 8am the street gets busy and a little noisy.

Personally one of the worst hotels I have stayed in. While the staff is friendly enough, the room we got was awful. Beds were like sleeping on rocks, with only two paper-thin pillows, sheets that felt like cardboard, and blankets that didn't keep anybody warm. The towels felt like sandpaper when you used them, crusty and hard, and not even remotely pleasant after the COLD SHOWER. No hot water for showering was the tipping point for me. I left this place feeling less rested and less clean than when I walked in. The only benefit is that it was affordable. But they dropped the ball literally in every other way. I do not recommend it.

I stayed here for a month. It was great. Awesome staff, had everything I needed, and even gave me my own 5 gallon water jug. You usually only get two small water bottles and have to pay for the rest. Large refrigerator, large microwave, top tier amenities. If you have loud neighbors, you will hear them, but this area is VERY quiet compared to most hotels in CDMX. Mexico City loves their unnecessary noise, but you avoid most of it here.
