I was booking there but then I read that there is no water, wifi is not working, tele not working, a lot of cucaracha and the most important thing is that no one gives assistance for this I rejected my booking for 1 month at a very very high price. They should bring more respect for the people.

We complained about the hotel because the Internet was not working at all in our hotel room and they wanted to book us to a lower categorie than written im booking.com. then we complained that we want to Cancel our booking in booking. Com we need to pay 88 usd if we Cancel if the Manager doesnt approve our cancellation. The Manager was laughting at us on the phone and said its not her problem that we dont have Internet and that she doesnt accept the cancellation. Horrible custome4 service and I used to work in a lot of hotels before! Im working remote and Internet is a must have. Dont book this place

Love the atmosphere! Loved the experience from the customer service all the way to the convenience of the location to the beach and the everything. Amazing pricing, Im definitely coming back because you get so much value for your money. Definitely Recommend!

A horrible experience with that place, first we waited a long time for someone to arrive at the reception to check in, we had to wait on the street with everything and suitcases and in the sun since access to the place is only with a key, step time and no one came to receive us, I tried to contact the staff of the place and they blocked me from their social networks, I contacted booking directly (since I made the reservation through their page) and they, not being able to contact the staff, solved it by placing me in another hotel but no one will take the bad experience with that place away from me. Don't let the photos fool you, the place on the outside is horrible, dirty, full of insects and smells like drainage, I don't want to imagine what it's like on the inside, I thought the bad comments were exaggerating but I could see that it is a horrible place and also with a very high price.
