Everything was fine, the owner speaks perfect English and it’s very polite. The rooms are fine, you have everything that you need. The hotel is close to restaurants and supermarkets. The only issue that we had is that in one of the rooms the ac didn’t work properly, they tried to fix it but it didn’t really work out. Other than that, everything else was perfect, they cleaned the rooms every day. The breakfast was nice, it’s now 5 star hotel after all, but you have everything that you need for a good breakfast. I’ll definitely go there again.

I would not recommend staying here. We paid for 6 nights accommodation and left after the first night. The pictures on the reservation site (via Expedia) show a beautiful room but in reality what you get is a very average room you would expect from a very old and poorly looked after motel room. It gives hostel vibes. Door lock doesn’t work properly, no lift, tiny staircase, stained bed head and on top of all this the hotel would not refund me for the nights we did not stay. Pay a little more and stay at a better hotel. Not sure how this place has 4/5 Google average stars. Staff at reception are nice, unfortunately the building isn’t great.

Nice hotel in a good location. Staff was nice. Though I got the basement room which was not mentioned in my booking, it turned out good for me as I was able to use the sink outside the room. It has the access to the roof with a nice view. The food/grocery in the neighborhood is expensive though.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with the Sultanahmet INN hotel. My stay did not meet my expectations as the reality was completely different from the pictures published online. Despite the receptionist's confirmation that the heater would work, my room was extremely cold, which made it impossible for me to sleep the entire night, and as a result, my next day was ruined. After the first night, I had no other option but to check out and find another hotel. The hotel I moved to told me that they had received many similar cases where guests moved to them after seeing the Sultanahmet Inn hotel. The sea view was a joke; it was only visible from a tiny corner via a window that overlooked an area with a lot of rubbish. Additionally, there was a big dog in the front door of the reception, no restaurant or room services, and the staff couldn't communicate effectively in basic English. The most significant issue was that when I reported the problem via Expedia's website, the hotel lied and said that the heater was working, which shows that they cannot be trusted. i wouldn't recommend the hotel for over 55 years old or people with health conditions , the stairs are very dangerous and unsafe. BTW I surprise where they got this restaurant pictures form , the hotel has no restaurant , and no breakfast , i did clearly asked if they have breakfast , or a resturent , they clearly said no , and i haven't seen one

The hotel is tiny, it is not a 5 stars, but it commits its purpose; cheap, very well located, close to both mosques (10 mins walk), you sleep well, during night no noise at all, you can take a nice shower plus have air con your room (we visited in middle August). The staff was nice even if they didn’t speak English with proficiency they do everything they can to help you.
