The smell when we arrived was absolutely rotten. Coming from somewhere nearby "just at night for a few hours".. like being inside an old compost bin, so thick 🤢. Our shower and bath didn't work, no water would come from the bath and not even enough of a dribble to use the shower, which was annoying as we had just finished a long train journey and were going to catch a flight. The staff were nice and helpful so I feel bad for giving a bad review but it was the worst place I've stayed for ages and it looks so nice in the photos.

1. They dropped my all stuff from the cart (Luckily nothing broken and they apologized) 2. They forgot to put my water after clean up my room, so I called to front for order bottle of water. And they forgot over 30min. Then I called again he brought my room immediately. 3. Air conditioning is good but stinky at the begining. 4. Smell's like garbage all day. 5. The door have a gap from the wood. I could see outside from that gap. It means they can see my room from outside. So I covered by towel. I'm a woman so need a safety. 6. They have to put the card at the door for "Don't disturb" and "Please clean up room". The stuff knocked my door and open the door at 7am. I needed sleep more. I think they just knocked wrong room but that's unbelievable. How so open the door so fast and so early time. 7. Towel was dirty sometimes. Something on it, they have to check. 8. They've never wipe my table and sink. I had a lunch at my table and some food dropped. But they don't clean up on the table , when I came back my room after housekeeping, ant was a lot on the table. 9. I couldn't use wifi at room. At the Lobby is no problem. 10. The socket side on the bed was broken. 11. Noisy all day. They had some event few times, and was so noisy like a night club. I needed to remort work in the room but couldn't. They have to announce about that party. If I know like that noisy, I won't book this hotel

Super economical place to stay but need to bear the noise created by tourist. Staff did not do their job to advise customer to lower their volume even at midnight.

This place is good and clean. My co-worker and I enjoy staying here. All of the hotel staff is kind and friendly. In my opinion, the place is quite strategic. Close to Seven Eleven, markets, gas stations, places to eat, etc. Just only one thing that must be improved, need someone to understand English for conversation, so if foreigner comes to this hotel, they can easly to comunicate.
