We booked a private bedroom with toilette, but this wasn’t inside the room, very small, and moreover on the terrace, where people have breakfast and can hear you farting. The hosts don’t speak English. Dirty blankets and quilt. Poor breakfast (just a piece of bread and one egg each) Cheap and good location.

We had an amazing experience in the Sun Hostel - it is located in the hearth of the Medina and it's close to most of the tourist attractions here, the Museums, the markets and the parks. We stayed for three days and Hassan was the best host, we had a nice breakfast every morning - the mint tea was the best! Clean rooms, sheets, good air-conditioning and a nice balcony to enjoy your tea. Would definitely recommend!

My friend and I really enjoyed our 2 nights at sun hostel! O was a wonderful host!! She is warm and inviting, provided tips and tricks for staying safe and bargaining when shopping, and even provided a great list of local restaurants to try! Rooms were clean and the place is very well kept. The walk to the hostel may seem a bit unsettling at first but the area is very safe and we (2 young females) did not feel unsafe at all. We were in walking distance (10-25 min walk) to lots of Marrakechs tourist attractions and markets, with the walks being very pleasant and lined with shops and things to do. Overall, a great and affordable hostel experience!!
