The room is clean, convertable and have aircond + fan. It's is better before this. This is 2nd time for me and i'm really enjoy and feel safety stay here. My suggestion....please provide "hotel slippers" because it's marble floor not carpet. Tqvm🤩

This motel is very simple. A/C works like a charm. Beds are descent. Bathroom is very simple & doesn’t have a shower curtain. This motel is a quick 5 min walk to the bus station.

I read reviews that many found blood stains on the sheets, took a chance and didn’t manage to escape. There were blood stains on the sheets, hidden under the comforter. Black stains in the pillows, holes (likely caused by cigarette) on the comforter, stains on bath towels. The room was dusty and hair everywhere in the corners. I was itching and had rashes. The bathroom is relatively clean but very narrow, you can’t sit straight on the toilet bowl without your knees touching the wall in front, can’t shower without carefully avoiding contact with toilet bowl and walls. Will be a problem for those who are bigger sized or have mobility issues. Hot water and water pressure was good but the water heater was extremely loud and sounded like a generator. The curtains can’t be closed fully and I was on the top floor, people could still see me in the room. Right next to road and traffic was loud. Aircon is cold but noisy. Wifi is good and stable. Full wall of windows let in a lot of natural light. Location is quite convenient with eateries, KFC, McDonald’s and Mydin within the vicinity. Staff are friendly. Water kettle and cups in room. Water dispenser, iron in common area. No toiletries. Coffee and tea sachets can be bought from reception. Public parking available. Lift to all levels. Both aircon and ceiling fan in room.

Little bit problem while check-in but was quickly and professionally solved i think so I won't put it into the review. Usually I also put 1 star less because there's no window in the room, it's this case but in this case i can't do that because they already had it mentioned at my online order. AC, WiFi, shower (also hot) everything was working ✅ bed, towels was good ✅ water provided ✅ nice interior, have lift, great location next to shopping centre and long distance bus terminal. Rooms seems be clean too (floor). Only little bad thing is that the cleaner forgot to take garbage from the chair❌ in the both of the rooms which i tried but it's not a big deal, maybe i could say 4,75 score in the end so I'm happy i still can put 5 ⭐
