Had amazing stay, good location, walkable distance from main market. big swimming pool. The property is on the beach, swimming pool was amazing and Room was one of the best I have stayed. Staff was very helpful. Staff made us comfortable. The view was amazing from the room and dining hall too. The location of hotel was near the main road so public transport was easily available. The main market was at walkable distance. We loved staying at this Hotel. Whenever we will go back I am sure we will stay there. There is nothing to dislike as such. But WiFi was not working in the room. Phone was not working and Hot water was not coming in the shower, despite requesting multiple times. The hotel had very less option for vegeterians in the breakfast. We had only 1-2 items to eat and for non-vegeterians there were more than 7-8 dishesh. Property needs little renovation. However having said that we had amazing time and we could ignore above mentioned downsides/

Pro: We managed to get a free room upgrade. The service lady was super friendly and accommodating. The sea view was amazing! The location is the saving grace as it's conveniently close walk to the restaurants and shops. Cons: Everything was old and rusty, the hotel is in major need of a revamp and renovation. Our room key unit was loose, so the power would constantly cut off. The shower/toilet was leaking. When we arrived the manhole above in the bathroom was left open. The pool/outdoor area was a mess, rubbish everywhere. I don't recommend this hotel.

A Hidden Gem Beyond First Impressions Just checked inn! & Upon arriving at Sun Viet Phu Quoc Resort, my initial impression was underwhelming, especially with the reception area. However, as I entered my room, my perspective took a complete turn. The room was a pleasant surprise, boasting a breathtaking view and impeccable amenities. The swimming pool view further added to the charm. Despite a lackluster first impression, Sun Viet Phu Quoc Resort proved to be a hidden gem. & its a great place for this price as it took a deluxe city view. You can take seaview as well.
