The staff were amazing. Very friendly and helpful. Made me feel comfortable and truly helped me find my way around.

The facility in itself is ok, quite standard room. Kitchenette , Bathroom , Bed, TV and small dining table. However customer service and operations leave alot to be desired. It felt more like a school dorm stay than an apartment. There was a curfew for you and your guests and keys had to be left with and picked up from a rude security guard Everytime you had to leave. WiFi is free but password has to be asked for. Other than that convenient location especially for Carnival and other celebrations situated in Port Of Spain. However I would not stay again.

Would definitely visit again. Rooms are clean, perfect location, staff is friendly and parking is okay. Price is also reasonable and basic amenities in the room. It’s good and is now one of my go to places.
