Loved every moment. Service was great, attention to detail was great, rooms were very clean and well-kept. Breakfast is pretty good as well. Luggage storage on day of checkin/checkout is available. The location puts you close to the lake and its attractions, but still on a quieter lane. There's a nice cafe next door and a number of nice restaurants very close.

We had a great 2 night stay at Sunline Hotel. Everyone at front desk was really helpful and friendly. Mr Long helped us with last minute Ha Long Bay travel bookings, once even after we checked out. The female front desk staff gave us a great Spa recommendation. The hotel is in middle of the action in Old Quarter close to lot of restaurants and tourist attractions. Highly recommend this hotel

It's has only one drawback that the balcony is just about 30cm width and also the glass door attached to it doesn't open. Rest everything is good here like location, room service, complementary breakfast is awesome. Kudos to the receptionist, they were very friendly.
