Staying here was better than I ever could have expected. The villa offers spacious and clean rooms with great facilities. A well kept pool and lovely public outdoor area maintains the welcoming atmosphere that is first and foremost set by Cherry, the hostess, and her wonderful family who go to great lengths to keep their guests satisfied. The breakfast menu is versatile and the food has never been less than amazing. The location of the villa was great, a short bike ride(you can take a bike from the villa, free of charge) or a 25 minute walk, if you prefer, to Old Town. It is also a 10 minute bike ride to the nearest beach. I would definitely recommend the villa to anyone who wants to stay in Hoi An.

While being value for money, this villa felt like a resort because of 2 things. Firstly, the rooms were very comfortable and vibes were very calming. Secondly, Cherry was amazing and friendly, welcoming us and giving us recommendations. Our stay here was especially special because we joined the another family on their tour to My Son Sanctuary. This was because the mother knew Cherry for 12 years, and Cherry helped to coordinate the meet up. This is a testament to Cherry’s customer service.

I had an amazing stay at holiday villa! the communication with Cherry is great and the whole family is extremely kind and welcoming! They take care of everything, and make sure your stay is absolutely amazing. The rooms are very clean and spacious. The location is great, it is a close bike distance to the town(bikes are free) and super spot to explore the area and Rice fields around. The Breakfast is delicious. I would definitely come back when I am in Hoi An!

This place is my home away from home! We were basically treated like family here. Cherry, Ted, Ty and Spring went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. A cot was supplied for the baby, they even found a pram for us to use. The breakfast was bottomless. They called us taxis every time we left the villa. The pool was always clean and a nice temperature to swim in. The rooms are huge and clean and the beds are enormous. There are some amazing restaurants that are easy walking distance and they will also deliver to you if you just want to chill out at the villa. The beach and old town is a quick taxi ride and I have absolutely no doubt that you will be glad you stayed here.

The Holiday Villa was such a wonderful experience! We stayed 12 nights and could've easily stayed longer if we didn't have to return to Australia. The beautiful family that owns this villa treats you as their own and constantly go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable, relaxing, enjoyable and stress-free! (Exactly what you need on a holiday!) The breakfast was amazing and hard to believe it was included in the price! Nothing was too much trouble and the rooms were huge and maintained perfectly... and did I mention the pool!? Supurb! Our family will definitely be returning to this little piece of paradise in the heart of Hoi An. Thankyou so much Cherry, Ty, Ted, and Spring.
