The villa was beautiful with a gorgeous view of the sea, not to mention a crystal blue top deck pool which overlooked the sea. The villa was clean, tidy and updated. Milk and water replaced everyday in the fridge which was great. Alan and his partner were delightful and most helpful, they advised us about the local area, where to eat, and even dropped and picked us up from nearby venues which saved us from taxi's. A memorable stay and if we go back to the island, we'll be back for more laughs with Alan. Thanks again for a special trip!

Cord was a great host. He was very informative about things to see and do on Samui. The location of this villa is close to all and we enjoyed having the market close by. Thanks for the nice stay and we will be back again in the future

Beautiful Villa with a Seaview in a quiet area. Fully furnished and well equipped. The host, Cord was quite professional and helpful. Highly recommended!

Room smelled like urine and euro owner got upset when I complained, told me tourists flood the toilet. He came in my room with the key when I was in bed in my underwear because I cancel on the website, and said if I cancel the following days I have to leave immediately and cancel tonight as well, kicked me out in the middle of the night. I had to walk to town on dark street with no lights. Terrible experience. ANOT A HOTEL it’s his house. I don’t know why reviews are so good?
