        You can't beat the location, it's close to the center of town and the room has all you need with a spacious area, bed and bathroom. We were met at the location and they were very helpful with everything including suggestions on places to see and eat. Only downside would be the apparent lack of sound proofing between rooms which is not a deal breaker as we enjoyed our stay here, it might just depend on who your neighbours are on any given day

        The only good thing about this place is the location. The room had mold on the walls, ceiling, and AC unit. I am 6 months pregnant and asked to be switched to a new room. The hotel wiped out the AC unit and claimed to have "fixed the problem in 2 minutes". They did not even acknowledge the mold on the walls/ceiling and did not offer a new room. We left asap and booked another hotel.

        Location and service. The main square was about a 4 minute walk and so is the train station which is fantastic! The service was above and beyond of a typical hotel. We were given and refilled daily with capucionos that we made with the kettle. Also, we were steadily supplied with water which is so necessary and nice! The sunset view from the balcony felt so luxurious and we were very happy.. Communication with the host was easy through what's app and all our needs were met! The price is reasonable and the location and service were both were exceptional!

        AWFUL EXPERIENCE! Do NOT recommend!! 1) awful service - service looked very good at the beginning but through out our stay Vittorio and Francesco were not available to help 2) ruined our trip - We had booked through them a trip to Capri two months in advanced, the pick up time was 8:05am, the they off at 7:45 we got a phone call that the tour had left us. They had changed the time to 7:30 and NO ONE told us. 3) dirty bed sheets - the bed sheets had make-up stains on them 4) no real elevator - there is an elevator in the building but you need 10 cents to operate it, they at the beginning give you 2 10 cents (for a 4 night stay), it was hard to find 10 cents for all the trips up and down so we had to end up going up and down 8 flights of stairs for most of the trip. Ultimately, the offerings are very deceiving. Would NOT recommend booking

        Beautiful, well-designed and comfortable room that does not fall short of the quality of a hotel room, with a spacious and soft bed, a fully equipped shower and a balcony with a breathtaking view. Many thanks to Angelo who accompanied us throughout the stay, and was there for us for any question or help wholeheartedly
