Located 10 mins away from airport, Sunset Sanato is ideal for group. Checked in for 3 nights in one of the villas. They provided free airport shuttle, 30 mins massage as well as welcome drinks to us. The villa comes with a jacuzzi with strong pressure, but the water is cold. The villa is clean but lacking of dish detergent in the kitchen and hand soap is missing in one of the common restroom. We have to ask for plates and utensils which normally should have come with when you book a villa. Front desk did mention we can request if we needed it. They mentioned that we can customise BBQ at the villa, however the price is quite steep. Weather forecast is unpredictable. Luckily, we have 1 day that's good weather. If you want to go to town, you will need to rent a car or hire a private car. Overall stay was good. Staff are all friendly, rooms are clean as well as common area.

The resort itself is beautiful, but unfortunately, the experience gets marred by the behavior of some tourists. They blast loud music with their doors and windows open, disturb others by calling out loudly at night, and even leave litter scattered around the private beach (near the pier) The breakfast buffet was a nightmare as well, with people disregarding the concept of waiting in line. They approached the food kiosks from all directions and cut in front of others without any consideration. The servers seemed to compromise with this behavior instead of enforcing proper etiquette. Moreover, the dining room was too large for the serving capability, resulting in chaos when about 2/3 of the seats were occupied. While the tourists' actions contribute to the problem, it's important to acknowledge that the resort management could do a better job in addressing these issues. Proper rules and guidelines should be established and enforced to ensure a more enjoyable and respectful environment for all guests.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Sunset Sanato Resort & Villas, and I must say it was a memorable experience. Located in a picturesque setting with breathtaking views of the ocean and surrounded by lush greenery, this resort offers a tranquil and serene atmosphere that is perfect for a relaxing getaway. Upon arrival, I was greeted by the friendly and attentive staff who made me feel welcomed right from the start. The check-in process was smooth, and I was promptly escorted to my villa. The villas themselves were spacious and beautifully designed, blending modern aesthetics with a touch of traditional charm. My villa featured a private pool overlooking the ocean, which added a luxurious touch to my stay.
