I like the spacious room with the sofa bed. The 2 bottles which can be refilled at the lift lobby is good. The 24 hour gym is really good as it is convenient for people like me. The pool size is good enough including the kids pool area. The bathroom is quite big with the separate shower. Just that there is no hand bidet for the toilet. Connectivity to the big box area is good and sharing the parking which for now still free...just need to slow down for the barrier to open. Quite a number of eateries and shops good enough for quick shopping. Just need to cross the road to go to the XPark for golf or other activities.

Exceptional place for a short getaway. Nice new place. Clean, nice and cozy. The hotel does only cashless payment so prepare your credit/debit card with you. Carpark is spacious with both surface and basement.

My experience staying here was fantastic! Zaidi the receptionist yesterday was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about the nearby area. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean, providing a comfortable and relaxing space to unwind after a day of activities. The breakfast offered was great, with a satisfying variety that catered to different tastes. Overall, I'm extremely pleased with my stay. The combination exceptional service, the spacious and clean room, and the delicious breakfast made my experience truly enjoyable. Highly recommended for a delightful stay!

The worse check in experience ever. 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼 it’s a family trip together with my in laws to celebrate my mother in law birthday. Includes, elderly and children. We have total 7 kids including 2 toddlers, children need their naps and rest. Weekend retreat is supposed to be relaxed and not stressed. Lots of guests with family are stranded at the hotel lobby as was informed that check in during the weekend is at 6pm instead of 3pm. What nonsense is this? Why isn’t this standardised? Weekday check in at 3pm but weekend check in at 6pm but both days check out the same at 12pm? You got to be kidding me right? Knowing that the hotel is near Legoland and other amenities that are kids friendly. Hotel should take priority care and measures to cater to families. You don’t need 6 hours to clean up the room when the check out is at 12pm? Won’t recommend this hotel, stay at your own risk.

Checking in was a disaster, the rooms were not ready by 3pm and throngs of people are waiting in line for their rooms or trying to check in. Update: So we left to shop around for a few more hours, when we came back, the line was shorter but still took another 30 mins to finally check in to our room. Despite the check in, there are great points of this hotel, the location, amenities around the hotel and the drinks in the bar & water in the room are complimentary. Staff are polite, management need to step in and give them the support.
