Amazing Hotel! Kids loved the kids pool on level 5. The standard pool was nice too. Staff were friendly, room service had 3 options to order from! In House, Black Tap Bar & Gordon's Pizza. Direct to room delivery with payment in cash or card! Location was awesome as you could use the connector to get to Sunway Pyramid Mall in like 5 mins. The hotel had its own private gantry to go in and out of Sunway Lagoon too. Breakfast selection was decent but they did have a kids seating area as well as a kids buffet layout where they benches were lower so kids could take their own food. This was really cute.

We had an amazing experience with our friends and family in the Resort. The renovated rooms are clean, the splash pool and swimming pool is fantastic and the breakfast spread at Sunset Terrace is very decent. The kids club was small but clean and sufficient to keep the children happy for a good 2 hours. Special shout out and thanks to the front desk staff, Julian who was extremely patient, accommodating, polite and certainly went the extra mile for us. Anissa, the staff at the pool was also very helpful, friendly and made our experience with the kids at the Waterventure pool super pleasant.

A top tier and great service rendered by the hotel staffs. We genuinely would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to the staff name Suzanna for making our birthday boy celebration a joyous one! Not only a birthday cake given but we were also upgraded to an awesomely huge room and early check in as well. Sunway resort hotel is definitely a repeat place for our KL trip the next visit ❤️
