Our arrival at super 8 was met with utter disappointment. We waited at the front desk for what felt like an eternity, only to be greeted by silence and ringing phones. The sole attendant appeared disheveled, seemingly having rolled out of bed and straight into work attire – a wrinkled tracksuit. In such a role representing the hotel, a minimum of a professional polo shirt and slacks wouldn't be too much to ask. After enduring this unwelcoming scene, we made the immediate decision to book elsewhere. While we can't speak to the rooms themselves, this unprofessional and inattentive first impression completely dashed any hope of a comfortable stay. If you value courteous service and professional presentation, steer clear of super 8.

If you are not from around the area and not familiar it hard to find. Thanks be to God for GPS. Juice was a little broken. We figured out to push the front in and that was to get our juices we wanted. No milk. The room was a little out of date and the bed was really nice. The only thing I didn't like was I had to put a chair next to the bed to climb in bed. The remote to the TV was only working some. I had to turn the TV on manually and then it started working. Overall it was good and if I had to go back to Texas to stay a day or so I would go here.

One of the worst customer service I have ever received. Was unable to provide veteran discount. They were going against corporate policy it says on super 8 website early check available he ask me to pay 40$ for it if you want. He made we waited in the lobby for 3 hours stating we have less staff to clean rooms. Secondly no one was available for the breakfast room spilled over the place no one to maintain cleaness. Most importantly when a customer walks in No one faces customer when they walkin. Front desk staff keep watching cameras. I waited for 5-7 minutes unless I decided to call him. Overall my experience was not good at all. I wasted my money and time.

UPDATE: I recieved a call 10/1/23 informing me that our stay was going to be refunded. I still haven't recieved the email confirming the refund or the refund itself but will give it a few more days to come through. More info: The deluxe king suite with jetted tub. Both times I have stayed the room was clean. The hot tub sits in the same room as the bed and TV so your able to watch TV as you relax in the tub if you'd like. Overall I really do enjoy the room and the option of the jetted tub. It's big enough for 2 adults with some wiggle room. Tub was very clean. Hotel staff the first time was nice. Although breakfast was closed before 9am for some reason that day. Overall good experience the first time. ORIGINAL: 9/29/23 There was an incident (not our fault) that happened on our stay. It was our anniversary and we rented the room with the jetted tub. We had stayed here once before with no issues but this time was different. I'm still waiting to speak with management. The staff there was not helpful or even concerned that we had water in our room and then lost electricity. The first guy fell asleep after I reported water leaking from ceiling. The second guy the next morning accused me of doing it when it was impossible. It was coming from the room above us. Hopefully a manager will contact me shortly and I will update and adjust my rating accordingly.
