How this place is attached to the Wyndham name is BEYOND us. Wyndham- you need to do better! Biggest case of photo enhancing on their website- this place is nasty. RUNNNN elsewhere immediately, do not book. After driving 14 hours to reach our stopping point destination we walked into mold along all the ceilings, majorly disgusting light switches (see photos), the pllace (office and our room) smelled horrendous, shoddy paint jobs all through the room and had lots of interesting people hanging about in the parking lots which did not leave us feeling secure about any belongings being left in the car. Dingy, disgusting, nasty- we felt like we needed a shower after just walking into our room. I went to the office to request a refund and the girl couldn't because we booked through hotels dot Com. Called hotels, and they were refusing to refund even though it was moldy until I threatened to never use their company again. Took about 45 minutes of back and forth with the girl (who refused to speak to the hotels rep) all the while SCREAMING at me in very broken English rudely because I couldn't understand her. I was shaking I was so angry. She told me and the hotels rep that the owner wasn't there, but miraculously he appeared from an interior door and issued the approval for hotels to refund us our money. Both the girl and the owner refused to speak to the hotels rep. Extremely a disheartening experience after being in the car for 14 hours and being absolutely exhausted, then having to find a new place to stay late in the evening that wasn't booked. Save yourself the hassle- RUN from this property. I've never been screamed at in such a manner by a place we attempted to give business to.

Mold in the bathroom, huge wet spot on the carpet, and the jets in the bathtub are black. Didn't see any blood or bed bugs, but we didn't look too hard tbh. We only stayed one night.

Smokers are welcome. A handicapped smokers room with a very comfy bed, huge TV and a even bigger shower. Worth the price and less than next door.
