The location is perfect for shopping etc. Unfortunately the room and hotel itself leaves much to be desired. We booked the room for new year's eve as we had a wedding to attend, The shower itself was very outdated and had block staining, if not, mold in the shower tiles. There were two towels only in the bathroom we asked for 2 more and Had to wait over an hour to get them. Which is a little convenient with your trying to get ready for a wedding. Do you remote control had no batteries in it? Those we did not get until we arrived back at our room after the wedding. There were no cups, not even one in that room. When we arrived when we asked for Some we were told that we were only allowed one cup, They were paper cups and why in the heck only one. We got our own cups by taking some off of a cart. Sad that we had to do that but the only way we could get more. The breakfast room is so tiny. We had to take our food ups to our room. I don't recommend this hotel for anything but a quick stop over. Honestly the only good thing about it was the location. Do not recommend will not be staying at any super eight ever again.

Rooms were good and well maintained. Service was fine and better then the last hotel we were in. Google did not like the location but we figured it out. If I’m in the area again I’d go back.

Edit: After reviewing my complaint the staff reached out with an apology and resolved the issue swiftly, I thank them for quick action. Original comment: The bed sheets were probably not changed, as we found an empty alcohol bottle behind the mattress. If the sheets were changed, then that bottle would have been seen by staff and removed. The front desk did not help by offering other room, nor did they offer a refund. Had to find other hotel at 1am.

Upon entering the room, there was a strong fragrance and discovered 2 plug in air fresheners. We removed immediately. Opened the window to air out the rooms and theres no screen on the window. Discovered there was no hand soap of any kind, asked at the front desk and its on back order for over 3 weeks now. Doesn't say a lot about the overall sanitation of the entire building. High touch surfaces, light switches and door handles were grimey. Bathroom had water damage on the door, shower walls has black and pink mould growing on the grout. Carpet was clean, but with the air fresheners trying to disguise the smell of something (pet friendly) we opted to leave our shoes on. Breakfast was mediocre, passed on it the second morning. Pool was run down needs some work. Location was why I booked it, would not come back.
