I've stayed here twice now for a sports tournament. The rooms are always very clean and well stocked. The owners have been lovely to us and our team, giving us a group rate and often gifting us a large box of bananas. We've been going here for years and it's always great.

Rooms were clean and perhaps newly renovated. Bathrooms were decent. Of course this isn't five star luxury hotel. A big plus is location being just 5 minutes away from Kingston waterfront as well as Fort Henry. It's in a quiet place.

Very much enjoyed our stay here. It was quiet and peaceful with lush green surroundings. Quick 5 minute drive into town. The room was clean and comfortable and breakfast was Delish with a waffle maker my kids enjoyed. We stayed in a 1 bedroom suite and it had room for all 5 of us (3 tall teen boys + mom & dad) good stay and easy on the budget. The owners take pride in their hotel and you can easily tell this. All areas are clean and neat. We did not partake in the pool due to the weather but did check it out and it was also clean. We asked the owner for a basketball and they happily supplied it so the boys had a great time with that. Overall, highly recommend.
