Horrible. These men are liars and thieves. The front desk men are very rude and condescending. I booked for 3 days and when I arrived found out the dates were wrong. I informed them that my mother passed and I would not stay for those days and was told I could get a refund. No refund was given. The hotel manager is a coward and will not answer phone calls from customers. The front desk hangs up on customers. Do not patron this establishment. The rooms are dirty the beds are uncomfortable and it smells like dirty diapers from the lobby to the halls. I will be contacting the BBB.

I was hoping to find a decent place for budget short stays for regular trips to the Pittsburgh area. The Super 8 in Monroeville had the best reviews of the budget price locations. Unfortunately, the cleanliness and maintenence of the place was pretty lacking. My room had stained towels upon check-in and after getting a new set. The exhaust fan in the bathroom was falling out of the ceiling and there was white paint on absolutely everything. Also, the room had some bugs and there was white powder all over the stairwell and hall floors when we walked in Thursday night that was still there when we checked out Sunday morning, so 4 days without sweeping their main areas. I am giving 2 stars, as the price was good, front desk manager was not rude, and shower and fridge worked in the room. Thats unfortunately all the positives I can list.

Poor employee conversation with customer is what I had! Called to cancel my reservation at 5:30pm after I made it on line at 1:30pm & was told to call back tomorrow at 8am because "quote I can't doing " "you have speech to the manager "! He said that twice! I called back to see if could change my reservation to the following week because this was all do to a family member having a surgery date changed at the last minute! He again quoted the same thing! So I called back at 8am the next day! Guess who answered the phone! The same guy! He said oh hold on please! Oh hold on please! Who is this? I told him my name like I did the night before! He it this so & so? I said yes! He asked me again is this so & so? I said yes! He said your card was denied so I canceled your reservation! Ya my card was declined because I knew you was trying to scam me for a days room rental when I was trying to move my reservation to another date or cancel it since you pretended that you didn't know what you was doing! This ain't my first rodeo Mr foreigner!

Was treated poorly and forced to leave as paying customers. My family and i done nothing wrong. Was told if i wanted to stay i would have to pay 450 dollars cause of events in the city. As i was moving to a new location, i asked if i can leave and come back to move my belongings. I was told i could then they turned around and charged me 40 dollars without tell me as a late fee for not leaving. Never have i been treated so wrong and poorly in my life. If you stay here pay online or they will make up prices.
