PLEASE READ IF YOU ARE PLANNING ON STAYING HERE WITH PETS. This hotel is terrible I understand mistakes happen but what happened to us has left me with nothing but anger. Paid 170 dollars because they charge 20 dollars for pets just to experience hell. My dog was left in the room for a short period while I went to go grab some food. Thankfully my sister stayed behind as we were both going to head out. Reception gave keys to our room to another guest. If my sister was not there my dog could have ran out and something could have happened. Valuables were in the room and our precious dog. This is not the type of mistake you should be making as a hotel/motel. At night there was a couple fighting inside and outside and you can hear them loud and clear. For the price I would much rather pick a better hotel that isn't this one. I frequent Windsor and won't ever stay here again even tho the location is very close to my business meeting twice a year.

Be careful with this hotel. The website pictures are way off. Booked the hotel through a third part site. We got room 116. It was horrendous. Finger prints all over the wall by the front door and washroom. Paint chipping on the inside of the front door. Really old carpet which is emitting a smell and mold in areas of the washroom on the ceiling. We booked two nights, cut our loses and left after one. Just couldn’t do it. The breakfast is nice, basic but good but the room itself was very disappointing and I would definitely not recommend. You have some work to do super 8. Do it so it reflects your pictures.

Really surprised by this hotel. We got an excellent rate via Wyndham and booked for the Thanksgiving long weekend. Rooms were nice and tidy and very large in size. Every request we had was granted. Staff were really nice and hospitable. I highly recommend.

I was pleasantly surprised by this place. I figured that it being a motel in the location it was in and the pricing that it would just be a basic room with a toilet and shower, but it was actually a lovely place to stay! The man who checked us in was very courteous and friendly and the room was very nice! It looked inside like I was in a nice hotel as opposed to more of a budget motel. The bed was extremely comfy and the room was well decorated and cozy. I would definitely stay here again. Lovely experience
