Extremely clean hotel with very polite staff. My husband and I speak only a small amount of Japanese and the lady at the front desk could speak English clearly enough for us to understand all the information and even crack jokes. Very amazing, friendly, and accomodating staff. The area is bustling but not loud, plenty of things to do, see, and eat. They give you pajamas, an option of a pillow to your choosing, and more. AC kept the room cold. Room was clean and easy to access. My husband and I were very excited from the moment we arrived. If we get the opportunity to stay again, it is definitely where we will be staying.

Multi-purpose breakfast. Heated toilet. Bed-plus space. Single piece bathroom. Effective heat-cool control. Tall enough ceiling. Room recharging station. Entrance combination (no key). No checkout. Efficient staff. Good location.

This is my second time staying in shinkoiwa super hotel. And it's very comfortable and nice. The room is wide and clean. You can take a dip in the bathroom. There's also lot of english translation. They even provide a translation for the food menu (chicken, pork, beef, etc). Love it very much. And the staff is super nice

I just stayed here about 1 month ago to have a musical performance in Tokyo. This hotel was minimalis and I love it!! The receptionist was on the second floor. For the room, I could say that I loved the room so much!! It was small but it had a beautiful view from the window. I was satisfied with the service because the workers are friendly and kind-hearted. I ate here only for the breakfast and it was so OISHII!! I never forget how I stay there. Btw, the hotel provided some amenities per day. We could take them five per day. For example, I took masker, small comb, tea and many more. Btw, this hotel is a good choice for you if you would like to stay nearby Shinkoiwa. Because there are many shotengai.
