Very good, clean rooms with western style toilets. These were some of the nicest rooms we stayed in on our tour. The restaurant on the upper floors served a very large buffet of both eastern and western food for breakfast, with its very own congee chef, to put together a custom-made congee for breakfast. :) Amazing location with restaurants close by as well as hundreds of shops in every direction, including some excellent antique markets with the most beautiful items, which blew away the work we had seen in some of the touristy "factories".

Good for the value. Close to Shilihe metro (Line 10 and 14) station. Breakfast has a nice variety of local and European food. WiFi’s good and seems that each room has a dedicated WiFi router. The hotel is undergoing some repairs though, hope they finish soon. There are only 3 elevators in the hotel (and 17 floors) so be prepared to wait a while to get in. Cable had only Chinese TV stations albeit lots of them through IPTV. Never had issues with hot water but a/c wasn’t working in my room. The street outside is quite noisy if one decides to keep the windows open overnight.

As good as any 4* elsewhere , friendly helpful staff. WiFi in lobby. Don't tell anyone else but they have half a dozen routers you can take one to your room to plug in renting at zero cost with a 100 RMB deposit.(Oct '14) Didn't dine there but breakfast on 2nd floor was generous, lots of choice and 50% international. Omelettes cooked to order as you watch and wait, with an excellent choice of nice things to put in them. Would stay there again.
