Already paid via oyo app, when arrived at hotel cant check in and staff said not receive guest anymore. Already want to close business. When I tried to contact customer service many time all leave conversation when i said i want refund. Already send email and told me to wait 7-14 working days to receive my refund back but its scam. Send email again and again but no reply. Only rm32 but still want to eat people money 🤷🏼‍♂️

I have choosen to stay here because of the location and it just for 1 day for work They provide you with soap and shampoo in the container but it seems have not been refill in a long time. The tv in my room wasnt working. And during the night at around 1 am I heard a loud noise that wakes me up.i went outside to check there was someone watching a tv in or a video at the reception area with very loud noise..

I made my booking on Agoda. I was informed that there were no rooms available when I showed up on time at the hotel. The receptionist promised to cancel my order in the system the next day and assured me there would be no fee. However, they taking money out of my bank as ever.

affordable. Bed a bit dirty but acceptable. Mirror ok, air conditioner good, water pressure good, water temperature good, toilet seat good, but lock broken... provide toilet paper, shampoo, small drinking water, towel, bath mat. overall meet general needs. csr is good and nice for solving problem. but the door lock is broken...cant open by card..need their help to open the door..

I made a booking for my team to stay on 13 March 2023 via bluepillow. Im not sure it contains scam or system problem. Once key in all the cards detials not like formal ways it just direct remarks you have booked the hotel. And our teams arriving at 3 midnight but hotel front desk told us no have any booking records. How you gonna let my team looking for another hotel in middle of 3 midnight? Bluepillow is listing managed under hotel. Hotel spot at Kuala Lumpor but tel with +07 (Johor) and nobody assist the calls. Worst experience and worried it contains scam in this website.
