Price were very good, due to booking thru OYO app and online payment directly instead of paying at counter. Reception were good and helpful, as per standard expectation. Pics of hotel as marketing material quite misleading. Impressed with pics advertised, in reality only 6/10. Room size very small for Single Queen Bed room. Kiblat sign available in room, but no space to perform prayer.

Good location, nice front facade but rooms were horrible only had free mineral water more to rumah tumpanhan feel very poorly manage and well kept. Need to do touch ups for pleasant stay. Eventhough my rooms was just rm60 ++ not worth the stay. Look into toilet bowl, air cond , entire room look. Please ensie staff is present 24 hours not missing.

Bad service. Stayed 2 days. Saw 2 staff - 1 male & 1 female. Morning & Night shift). Both show “Black Face” as if someone killed their families. Water heater not hot, bath cold water. Ended up caught “Cold” cough & sore throat. Denied 2 Credit Card Payments Received - Until now, the hotel never refund me. In the end, I have to settle in cash. In total, I paid 3 times during checked-in. The incident - During check-in, paid credit card which I tapped 2 times (As the male reception said he did not receive payment the 1st time, hence, tapped 2nd time). Immediately, I received SMSes after 2 tries by tapping their device. I told the guy but he said his system never reflect the payments at all. Asked me to pay cash. Location wise for traveller without car not convenient. Have to cross road by walking a distance opposite. In Malaysia, traffic light not user friendly, no traffic light for people to walk between the roads.
