The AC is not cold, maybe due to the way it is installed and they don't change bedsheet if you are staying, but It has good big room and strategical location in the city centre for a reasonable price.

OYO 371 Kwitang is a low budget, clean and quite the nice hotel. I am usually very picky. I like my hotel rooms to be clean, spacious and complete. I have one suggestion for this hotel, get rid of one of the numerous cupboards or closets, and install a refrigerator. A refrigerator was the only thing i sorely missed during me and my familys stay here for 3 days. We were greeted by a guy, whom took the trouble to register us on via their discount/promo site, and gave us a generous discount. Regarding payment and bookings... If you book ahead of time you arrive, you should know they have rules regarding the time of book in, of course. I was somewhat disappointed that if you arrive, like we did in the middle of the night, you get a penalty fee of an extra 150k Rupiah. In my eyes that's a horrendous practice, because you stay shorter time but have to pay more. A weird and frankly unwelcoming business practice. Besides that and the fridge, must say the rooms looked very well maintained, they were big, very clean and kempt. Right outside they have a water dispenser giving you hot and room temperature water, which was nice. I brought my own water heater, maybe the room should have a water heater installed. But as stated, there are hot water from dispenser. My family enjoyed our stay here. We paid around 200k rupiah pr day/night. For that kind of price one can not expect anything better than OYO Kwitang. It was a pleasant stay, i have no issues recommending this Hotel to other guests, and will probably use it again. Bit noisy outside. But there are many local warungs, kiosks, an Indomaret across the street, so getting food or supplies is easy. Stay here if you are on a low budget and want a clean, big room. I'm definitely satisfied. Thanks to OYO staff. Until next time 🙏👍✅

Just done check out from this guest house. You would not expect to get a good experience by checking in to a budget hotel and cheap like this. I was amazed by the tap lock technology of the door for this kinda budget hotel 😍. I did not set a high expectation for a 100K cost room, but yeah it was a jow dropping. the things that should be fixed was only the staff who are not friendly at all cost. I am sorry but it is necessary for guest having a good and warm welcome and a good goodbyes.
