The Hotel unfortunately it's not 5 stars (in my opinion it's a 3 star) we had friends who stayed for the same amount of money for much better conditions. The room wasn't hygienic, and they cleaning superficial. The food was decent, they don't provide snacks during the day, and they throw out lot's of fruits instead of having a fruit stand at the Beach bar. The personal it's not professional, but they are doing everything to make you comfortable, they we're super nice. The beach it's amazing, large with sand, the water is amazing, and not far from the Hotel.

Was suppose to stay at the Sural suray Hotel on Monday, however just been told that the hotel has cancelled our booking. This is not how a hotel should run and leave people with no accommodation 4 days before there holiday. Don’t recommend this hotel.

We had a good stay at the hotel, but we don't think it is a 5 star hotel. - The personal is friendly - Outside by the pool there is a lot of space and you can lay in the grass, it is not crowded and we found that very nice. - The food is ok but in the whole week it was a lot the same. Drinks are low quality - The rooms and hotel definitely need renovation, Wifi only in the hotel lobby - The young owner is very arrogant and while on his phone constantly walking in the way of people at the buffet. - It is a 16+ hotel, that was very relaxing

Hotel is quite nice. Rooms are clean, food is very good, reception staff is great. Big issue is language. Staff beside the reception doesn’t speak English at all. The best person is Furkan from reception. Big love for this guy, cause he helped us so many times that I can’t count. I would come back for him, cause he made our vacation so much better. Hotel should go through some renovation in the main hall, but overall we liked the hotel. Location of the hotel is also very good. Some markets nearby, bus stop to Side, where you can go in like 15min is just in front of the hotel. I could recommend Sural Saray to everyone. Big props that the hotel is 16+ :)
