Booked online so weren't sure exactly what to expect. Walking distance of Gare du Nord Station and easy access to the Metro. Only served Breakfast, no options for other meals or room service but lots of choice for restaurants (it is an Indian area - mainly Hindi) choices for ethnic food are plenty. Lift will only fit 2 people comfortably and rooms on the small side but adequate

Out of expectations. I thought my room would be so tiny for 3 beds. But it was quite big and fit us 3. Location was very good, close to the gare du nord station which is easy to reach the Eurostars train to next destination country. Bed room was clean, they change sheet every 3 days, but the cleaning service keep cleaning up our room and set all the bed everyday, which is so good, cause we got our bed tidy anytime after our siteseeing. The cons, the water in our room was leaking. And the door was a glass through see door. Since I was coming with friends and there's a male friend join us too, it felt uncomfortable with the throughout glass door there. And the elevator didn't reach our floor, it just worked until the 5th floor, which our floor is in 6th. So we need to bring our heavy luggage by the stairs. After all was a pleasant to stay in this hotel, since i got a nice price too near the public transportation.

Extremely friendly and welcoming front desk team. However we were kept up all night by rats or mice eating food out of our bags. The rooms are newly refurbed but the second bed was a only poor sofa bed and the toilet was too crowded against the wall to sit down at. Solo women and families with kids might also feel a bit uncomfortable by the large crowds of men on the streets around this hotel. It is reported not to be safe in the evenings. We wish we’d known.

I've prepared myself for the worst as I've read many negative comments for this hotel, HOWEVER, I found myself quite satisfied during my stay (Oct 2023). The receptionist was nice, I get a room for 3 persons at 6th floor while the lift only accomodate to 5th floor so we need to bring our luggages using stairs for 1 level but thats still ok. The room was quite spacious and clean, we can still open all 3 luggages without suffering loll. More positive point as it was near the Gare du Nord st which have direct access to CDG airport. The only minus that I found was the surrounding areas which can be quite dark and scary, lots of homeless especially at night. But its still ok if you're not alone tho. Overall, I had a pleasant stay here :)
