Great location, convenient to airports and Siam Amazing water park. NO local shuttle as advertised. There is NO buffet breakfast you may see advertised on some sites. The fixed menu breakfast was very cheap and basic, the bread available for toast was stale. The fruit offered was some of the worst fruit served in Thailand (sour white pineapple and very soft/mushy tasteless dragon fruit), instant coffee only. I was looking forward to a decent buffet breakfast before hitting Siam Amazing for the day, I should have gone for the cheaper hotel without a breakfast option. Room was clean, location great, easy walk to many food options, I would have given more stars, but so let down by the breakfast.

I stayed here for the first time during my vacation in October 2023 because my parents' house is close to the hotel and it's also close to Suvarnabhumi Airport . I like the duplex room with king bed that we stayed. The room is quite nice and clean. It's on the 4th floor and close to the swimming pool. The internet network is very weak so sometimes you can't connect with the internet. There was a housemate who came to our room every day and asked if we would like to clean the room or not and we told her to clean only downstairs so they did that and refilled 2 toilet paper rolls and filled 2 bottles of water for us every day. The service at the reception desk was ok. At night time it was a little bit annoying with the sound of the door of our neighbors and something that sounded like a machine. There are no convenient stores nearby. You need to buy snacks from outside if you want. They only have drinks for sale here. By the way they have a restaurant in the hotel area called "Rosemary Bar & Restaurant". Some food is ok, but some meat dishes are quite sticky and we needed to re-order. My boyfriend and I tried only a few dishes so I will not criticize that it's bad. But the drinks are good at least. It's a good place to chill at night time if you don't feel like you want to go out. There are several local Thai restaurants not far from there, at the corner of the main road (5-6 mins walk) , they are good and delicious especially at the Thai-Isaan restaurant. They also provide laundry machines that you need to use coins to run both washing and drying machines and you can buy liquid detergent at the reception, but I recommend you to buy from Seven Eleven before you come here. If you want to go outside, you can book a Grab Taxi. Overall it is great for the value, except that it has no convenient store nearby, narrow car parking spots and some annoying sound as I mentioned.
