Had a really great stay here. Would go again. The whole place felt impressive and was very clean. Security on the door are very friendly and Rooftop staff are great. There is a nice pool, drinks and food option with music as well. Reception staff seemed to be grumpy everyday but we didn’t have any issues.

Staff attitude are surely can be much better . When problem encounter, they push all the problem to the customer. Call & infrom the payment was not paid but when told that payment was paid instead of double checking it They send staff to collect again & insisted not yet paid. Ended collecting payment for room twice. Lucky we check the statement of bank transfer. When went down to counter to double confirm. Was told because they have not took photo of the transfer Slip . Because " I am rushing to the Room " when i was lead to room by another staff. Staff forgets & I was blamed for being rushing When looking for solution of the refund. All they ask is my phone number & no more other information given. After asking roughly how long does it take for the refund to process Reply " 1 Week " and the Counter staff continue the work as if i am invisible or i am the one that cause trouble for her current shift. I am fine with small mistakes but a nicer attitude would be much appreciated after a tired day.

Our stay at the Pattaya hotel was unfortunately disappointing. We had booked the Junior Suite, and during our stay, we encountered several issues. The air conditioning, which was directly above the bed, couldn't be adjusted and blew directly onto our faces during sleep, leading to fever and sore throats. Cleanliness was lacking in the corners, and the bathroom door didn't close properly. The drain for the handwashing sink didn't work properly. Nights were not restful due to the noise from the club until 4 in the morning and constant lobby music from the hotel. Between 8 and 9 in the morning, we were disturbed by construction noises from the roof, as there was ongoing construction there every day. The pictures we had seen online before booking unfortunately did not match reality. The breakfast, which looked diverse and abundant in the photos, was actually disappointing, as there was hardly any selection. The advertised roof bar did not exist. The only positive aspect was the friendly staff. We appreciate their kindness and helpfulness. Overall, our stay at the Pattaya hotel was regrettably unsatisfactory, and we hope that improvements will be made in the future to provide guests with a more pleasant experience.

Because I couldn't reach you via email. I write my request here: We are planning to fly to Thailand again from April 10th to May 7th. We stayed at your hotel for almost 2 weeks (27 september- 8 October). Unfortunately, we weren't very satisfied because there was construction work on the roof every day. Moreover, the promised rooftop bar was not available, but the staff was very friendly. I just noticed your response to my Google review for 2-3 months. Therefore, I wanted to inquire about what you mean by 'preferential rate.' Perhaps we would consider booking with you again. This time, we would be interested in the Deluxe Suite Room, as we experienced a sore throat recently in the Junior Suite :) . (no breakfast) kind regards, Mario Fahrngruber
