The room was very comfortable. Washroom was neat & clean. There is a small breakfast counter with a waffle maker, cereals, toast, boiled eggs, coffee machine, muffins, yogurt and fruits. The service staff were really nice and the front desk was very helpful in letting us know how to get around the place. They also extended our check out time by an hour upon request. Overall a very comfortable stay. The only problem we faced was that there were no places to grab a bite (except for a Tim Hortons next door) at a walking distance from this location. You need to hire a cab to get in or out of the place.

Nothing against the staff, they were efficient and pleasant enough. This hotel is an embarrassment to the Wyndham name. The hallways are dark and dank. The room was ajar when I arrived, very unnerving. The room smelled like old cigarette smoke. The shower bar was broken, the upper door lock was broken, the bathroom fan was caked with dust, paint was peeling off the doorframes. This was easily the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. It’s in no way the staff’s fault. You could even tell that the cleaner had tried their best to freshen up the room, but this hotel needs to be bulldozed, not tidied up.

We had a stay recently and I can’t believe how disrespectful the man working morning shift was. He is supposed to be the manager and that is unacceptable for being a hotel. Long wait at checkout just to give us a 200$ fee over spilled icecream which was caused from a not working freezer, (we told housekeepers they were okay we tried to help out) Not worth the stay keep your money

Awful. Terrible. Not enough words to describe the worst hotel I’ve stayed in. I book about 600 rooms a year as I am a tour manager (glorified travel agent in music business) and the front desk woman here was awful. Pounding on the door 5 mins after the late check our we paid for. Threatening to ban us from the hotel - which honestly thank you I would never stay here and will be calling our third party for a refund. 200 dollar holds on ALL ROOMS even if booking multiple rooms. Woke up with congestion and sore throat. Black mold on the walls. Stains all over the carpet. Brought own bedding in because - terrifying. Leaks in the ceiling. Attaching photos. No one has ever cleaned a wall in here found snot on the bathroom walls. It’s as if they painted to cover up damage but never fixed it. And the pillows are the worst things we’ve tried to use. Stay away. I’d give zero stars if possible. And let me say it again. The front desk woman was HORRIBLE - I wouldn’t be writing this review if she wasn’t as awful as she was.
