I stayed here on arrival and departure for a domestic flight transfer. I think it's convenient because it's close to the airport, but if the timing of the shuttle from the airport isn't right, you'll have to wait a while. The room is clean. The surrounding area is quiet, but if there are noisy guests in nearby rooms, there will be noise and vibrations. I think the staff are kind and the shuttle driver is also nice. However, the Thai massage shop on the premises is the worst! I ordered a 90 minute traditional massage, but the actual massage time, including preparation time, was just under 70 minutes. The person in charge seemed to be the manager. I started the massage without even washing my feet, and by the end of the massage, I had no motivation at all, started complaining that I was tired, that you were too big, and gave up! This is the worst Thai massage parlor I've ever been to. Moreover, if we find out that you are paying by card at checkout, we will automatically include the fee! Even though I don't provide any serious services, I do a good job of collecting money. If you are interested, please go and try it.

Best hotel near to suvarnabhumi airport. They provide shuttle service to airport 100baht per room. Staff is very friendly and always helpful. There rooftop dinning area is amazing with live music. We had a beautiful last day in Thailand. They also give you wake up call for early flight. 7 eleven is also near to this place. Thank you Team Highly recommended

We stayed here the night before the departure from BKK. Hotel is very nice for it's money. Room was large, comfy and clean. Swimming pool, gym, sauna are available. There is a bar and restaurant on site. As well few restaurants and convenience shops nearby. For a small fee they can arrange airport drop off as well

I was super happy with my stay here. Super clean rooms with refrigerator, good working AC, coffee maker with coffee, even had toothbrushes with toothpaste, q-tips, shower cap, and all that good stuff. Staff is super friendly. I got in a little after 2:00 a.m. and asked if I could do a late check out for 2:00 p.m. which I thought was going to cost me a few hundred Baht but they said, "Free" with a smile. I don't understand any of the bad reviews about this place cuz I think it is just fine and I would happily stay here again
