I wanted a basic room near the train station and this place was what I ended up choosing. The area seems rough at night but it was fine, no issues and pretty busy. The owner reached out about 5 times to confirm when we were arriving and the day of with another 6 messages about exact time of arrival which was strange until I arrived and found out it was an apartment divided into rooms in an old building. When we first looked at this hotel online, i was nervous to book because of the bad reviews, but i booked anyways because it was in our budget. My experience with this hotel is that it is very nice and very safe with multiple gates to get in, very close to everything and very nice, and rooms cleaned Dailey with great AC. The manager first welcomes you when you get there and gives you the key to access your room. It was more like an Air BNB than a hotel. If you need any information on taxis or restaurants, all you have to do is just call and ask him, and he will give you the number or even call for you. For being in the center of Rome, it was very affordable and surrounded by great places to eat. Will definitely stay again.

Great location close to main rail and bus terminal. Friendly staff, clean room and great price. It was exactly what we expected. Would definitely return. The only downside was water pressure is extremely low.

One star for the following reasons: The only good is the place which is near to train station some monuments. + air condition + TV + nice view of the street. Negatives: 1. He asked us for only cash. 2. He didn't receive us the the change even when we reminded to him. 3. No receipt gave to us and even if we asked for. 4. Only the 1st day passed the clean service. 5. No pressure for water shower (only some pressure in COLD water. In "hot" water wasn't existed. 6. The towel were somehow dirty. 7. The clips for towel were broken. 8. No label for the hotel-place to find it from outside. 9. No reception. 10. The half of toilet paper of the 3 provided to us was from the previous habitant. I hope to improve all the above and the other residents will give you more stars.
