What on the face of it is a nice hotel, they really let themselves down. On arrival we found there was no shower gel in the dispenser nor any hand soap. We asked at reception and they promised it would be resolved the following day. Guess what, it wasn't, again promised for the following morning, again it wasn't (I even offered to fit the soap in the dispenser myself with their key, this was not allowed) finally, day 3 it was there. 3 days of no soap after the use of the toilet is not acceptable. We won't mention the walls that are paper thin. Yes the breakfast is limited and area small, but it was perfectly adequate. It's a real shame as what should have been an easy thing to resolve, really spoilt our stay.

Absolutely loved this hotel. It is one block from the main plaza and at night, the roof terrace gave us beautiful views. The staff was beyond amazing.

Excellent location right in the middle of Valencia. Spacious rooms. Good price. To be improved? The elevator could be renovated and the breakfast place could be bigger.
