What an amazing place to stay, unique and full of character. We fell in love with this little building as soon as we stepped through the door. It can be a little noisy outside but that seems to add to the experience, connecting you to your surroundings and feeling indulgent as you relax in your little cocoon while life hustles and bustles around you. Checking in was easy and the Sweets people are quick to respond to any questions you have. Thank you for our stay and I'm looking forward to my next Sweets experience.

Love the place as is quiet with great view to the canal. Near to the park. It is still quite a distance if u want to access the Museum but it is walking distance to the tram. I would still recommend you to go for one of the bridge house by sweets hotel.

What a wonderful place that exceeded my already high expectations! A really nicely renovated, cozy bridge house with gorgeous views of a canal. Yes, the tram is a bit noisy but it stops running early enough in the evening to allow for a quiet night. The location is great, too, just outside the Jordaan district with great restaurants and nice cafes.

It was great to stay in a unique location. The room was nice and clean and close to some shops. The views of the river from the window were stunning and watching the boats go through the bridge was interesting to watch. The only negative I can think of is the trams made a lot of noise as they went past, but that's to be expected. Overall a great place to stay that's a bit different to your usual hotel.

Pros: Very unique experience! The room was very clean, amazing view of the canals, check in was really easy and straight forward (you will need your smartphone) and has all the little details a normal hotel room would. Cons: - it can get pretty noisy when the train passes over the bridge but it was not a problem for me or my wife. - The outside of the room was vandalized with graffiti, nothing too serious but this location was a surprise for my wife and walking up to it and seeing that as a first impressions was not cool. Btw I looked it up on google maps and that same graffiti has been there since last year so there is really no excuse from the hotel for not fixing that . =( Overall it is highly recommended for tourist that want a different experience.
