The hotel is new and nice build.... that is all! We were sleeping in room at afternoon and they made a complete power cut off for maintenance that took some hours! Nothing was working! Now air conditioning, light, lift, no water, no WiFi, no telephone and after short time no emergency lights in the floors! Best thing: we were sleeping in the room, someone knocked on the door, opened and took the head in and asking if we want now room service and if not now when we want.....starting blablabla! Everyone on the floor can look in our room seeing us in the bed.... Other technical things: Can not have a shower! Only very hot or cold. Nothing between! Starting the rainshower only drops coming out because not enough water pressure. Asking for later checkout at 2pm, so they have one hour to clean room - not possible! .......stayed in 4 hotels in Thailand the last 3 weeks - the service here was really not good!

Everything was excellent – from the breathtaking views, impeccable service, to the delicious food. Truly impressed! Will definitely be coming back for more

A beautifully designed hotel. However, the pricing puts it in the upmost scale in the area, but what it gave to guests were not. Breakfast was in plain taste and with limited choices. Room smelt of a bleach or a vinegar like chemical. Bed was quite hard, as in usual low cost hotels around the country but with too soft pillows; glad that it was just one night. Booking direct with the hotel was quite a complicated process. Very limited number of staff to assist guests: feel like a service apartment than a five star hotel, as claimed on its website. Nice view of the sea, but it is just a sea, nothing special in the view at all. No islands, no nice rock formations as such. Overall, I expected more for the price. The place had good potential though, but it needed to revise the pricing or had it managed by one with more experience in running upscale hotels.

Our room was decent, with a lovely view of the ocean. The balcony was dirty though, and the living room was not cleaned properly each day (floor still sandy and dusty). Fairly comfortable bed, TV a bit small. The water in the shower kept running very hot then suddenly cold then very hot again - very annoying. The breakfast was bad beyond words, tasteless and made with the cheapest ingredients, and the coffee is disgusting. Really bad for the price we paid for this hotel. When I entered the breakfast room I sat at the only table with place settings, but was told that table was reserved for their “big boss”, and my food was moved without me asking to a tiny table behind a massive pillar. I felt like they were hiding me away. My wife also had issues with an unfriendly receptionist when trying to request an extra pillow and blanket. She was first told there are no extra pillows or blankets in the entire hotel, but when she asked to speak to the manager, the woman managed to procure a pillow and blanket as if by magic. I think she just wanted to create a problem for us based on an erroneous sense of her own superiority (LOL, you’re a receptionist at a hotel). Fix the breakfast, remove the rude/lazy staff members, and get an experienced hotel manager in to help, and it could be a good hotel.
