Had a really poor experience at this place: - the apartment was filthy - beds had big stains on them - there were living insect larvae in the shower (!), disgusting - toilet seat broken - missing handle in the shower - the host was very rude when I simply asked for an additional key to our room (hesitantly gave us one after a couple of grunts) - the glasses in the kitchen where dirty - everything seemed broken: faucet in the bathroom, electrical outlets hanging out, etc. - on the penultimate day: no water in the whole apartment. So we decided to just get out of there and book another hotel on our last day. The host didn't seem to care. The money we paid for this place was so not worth it.

the rooms are very old and dirty and they refuse to clean. to get to it need to go on a deep slope.

Decent place with lift, 5 to 8 min walk to Taksim Square. Late night Restaurant is opposite and good enough grocery store near by. A bit uphill to walk all the way to Taksim so keep in mind. Room size was decent. AC was below average, needs service, the other main hall AC was not working. Toilet flush buttons was without the main cover. Ideally it should be around 60 to 70 dollar not more than that.
