Very polite and friendly staff, good size room with all the necessary extras. We requested late checkout with the hotel having no problem with it. Definitely would recommend

We have rented many times because we thought old customers would be respected, but were extremely disappointed with the service attitude of the staff here. Extremely impolite and uneducated behavior. We were confirmed to have an available room, but after arriving, they said there was no more and their attitude was uncultured and disrespectful to customers.

Hotel is in a great location, near to both MRT and BTS stations. Rooms are basic, but large and in fairly good condition. Staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, great value no-frills sort of place
