great location w 24/7 buggy service to nearby drop offs. room is quite small and basic but has everything you need but sound proofing is poor and aircon has some issues. staff friendly and helpful!

Nap Hotel Bangkok earns my praise as the best hotel choice, offering exceptional services such as a 24-hour on-call shuttle to convenient spots like 7-11, Pratunam Morning and Night Markets, and numerous massage shops. The cozy and comfortable beds enhance the overall stay. Despite a minor issue with an air conditioning leak, it didn't significantly impact our positive experience. The enthusiastic and welcoming staff, greeting us each time we passed by, added a personal touch. In my opinion, given these factors, Nap Hotel Bangkok deserves a perfect 10/10 rating, particularly considering its reasonable price range.

The rooms are nicely decorated and comfortable. Bathrooms are standard for what it is. It’s a short stroll through quiet back streets to Pratunam night market.

I stayed here for 4 nights & i really satisfied with their services. The staff is really helpful & kind. We arrived bangkok early in the morning around 9AM, so they kept our luggage & we come back to check in at 2PM. The room is very clean & spacious. They clean our room everyday. The aircond & water heater also functioning well. The best part is the shuttle. It really helps us alot. It save our energy, time & money to travel to other places. We fully use the shuttle to go to bts, platinum mall, 7e & pratunam market. I highly recommended this hotel to you guys! Thank you NAP Hotel for providing best facilities & make us enjoy our trip in Bangkok. Will come back soon 🙏🏻

Room wasn’t great and very basic, no sound proof so the noise was very terrible but the location is good which was great because it’s near the big local markets, food court and travel companies. The hotel is clean though and the waiting area is pretty good. The prices is little high for the room they got. The service stuff was not good enough for conversational standards and lack of communication. Don’t think will stay there again.
