We booked this hotel trough Booking almost a month ago. Our planned trip to Istanbul is 21st July. Three days ago they send us a message that they can not make payment and that the card is declined. That wasn't clear to us because card has enough funds and we even payed other hotel in Bodrum with same card without any problems. But since we too are hosts and we know that there can be several issues, we changed card, not one but two times more. Every time it was declined. Than we contacted our bank and they told us that everything is OK with the card and that there wasn't any request to charge in the past days. Also, we contacted Booking support but we didn't get any reply. We also kindly asked the man can we pay in person, upon arrival if there is problem with card payment. In reply, they cancelled our booking half an hour ago without any explanation. The most unprofessional is that the owner (or receptionist, the person who replies the messages on WhatsApp) didn't reply any messages from than, not to me not to my husband even every of them is delivered and read. I run rental several years and I have NEVER had this kind of communication with guests. This is 1 star communication and experience before even arriving the hotel!

We stayed in this facility for five days. The host is very kind, the room is very clean, there was hot water at any time of the day, the air conditioner worked, the wifi works great, the tv program with all the necessary channels works. On the way back home, we had a taxi to the airport, which was called at the scheduled time by the reception staff. All my recommendations for this facility

- Old furniture - air conditioner, hair dryer. + great service and cleaning. For this money it's awesome place, with microwave, kettle, a few tableware are presented as well. Recommend for little money

Do not book this hotel. Based on the reviews and what happened to me as well, they will cancel your online booking days before your booking without any valid reason. It is so much hassle as I needed to book another hotel with 2x in price as my trip is only few days away. They cant be reached in facebook and instagram. They dont have whatsapp. Do not attempt to book this hotel.
