Don’t book this place! First, they request to pay the room fee when you book and the reservation is refundable. then they change the date of our reservation without any notice. After I found out and asked for resume to original date, they said they are fully booked, and ask me to cancel the booking. When we asked the money back in person, they said i cancelled the booking by myself, they will not return the money. After arguing for a while, they threaten that if I don’t leave, they will call police, put me into jail, and they have gun, they know everyone at Istanbul , I couldn’t leave this country, my holiday will be ruined and stay in the jail!!!!

Highly recommend !! Staying at this wonderful hotel in Istanbul for 22 nights was an unforgettable experience. A warm hospitality , it truly felt like a home . And impeccable service made every moment special. I can’t wait to return to this hidden gem in the heart of Istanbul. Location: near to taksim (2-3min) and Istanbul’s major attractions. Transport: easy access to metro , bus ,taxi …. Reception: the hotel staff went to make my stay comfortable (24h/24) Safety ,security and hygiene. And i can’t finish without talking about a special person :Emir . I’d like to extend my heartfelt thanks to him for ensuring my stay was exceptional . He truly made a difference in my experience.

Staff was very helpful and they helped us enjoy our trip to the max. Overall, it has a good location for travelling all around the Bosporus. I want to thank the staff for their recommendations to make it an unforgettable visit for us.
