I had 1 week vacation in İstanbul and decided to book a single bedroom apartment. The apartment smelled of cigarette smoke. I do not recommend to stay there if you are not tolerant to cigarette smoke. On top of that don’t be fooled by nice pictures of rooms, gym and swimming pool - everything is very dirty (room, shower, kitchen oven/stove), all machines in the gym are broken… reception guys were just promising to fix everything, but it didn’t happen (obviously).

greetings from Lebanon.. everything was pure amazing starting from Cihan n the staff who were so friendly and helpful...Room was clean and exact the same of the photos.. and there was a bus stop near the residence.. i highly recommend it and will be my home anytime i visit Istanbul.. Teşekkür ederim!

We hired through Airbnb and it is just money waste ,he charged us bomb but the facilities are so poor , no clean blankets , no white towels , not enough utensils , tv cabinet glass is broken , bathroom flush is broken , such a money waste

This residence is located slightly hidden, however i can say it is just 5-6 minutes walk to taksim square and few grocery stores around too. Host responded fast and helpful. For us a family of 6, it has enough bed and overall space for us as we were all adults. Well equipped white goods and well furnished to allow you a comfort home feel. Clean and well maintained apartment. If you drive or rent a car, parking space is also available (as you know that parking space is always a challenge here😅). Other facilities like the gym is also accessible for your use. Road infront of the apartment is quite steep, a walk up to the main road connecting to taksim square can be a slight challenging if you are travelling with elderly. Overall it was a good experience and surely well recommended.

The location could be better, hence why I’m giving it four instead of five stars. Yes, it’s rather close to Taksim Square and Istikal Street, but both my girlfriend and I would’ve appreciated more cafes, bars, and restaurants in the immediate vicinity, i.e. on the same street. Other than that, the place is positively brilliant. Both security (during nighttime) and reception (during daytime) are incredibly friendly and helpful.
