First of all hotel location was good, so close to İstiklal Street. Room okay but I need to write here. For examples; staff didn't check my room because I found dirty clothes from an other costumer also he didn't put towels for me. I asked but he forget again. I didn't fell myself comfortable in this hotel. I hope they can improve this hotel. Thank you for everything.

The hotel is great in all aspects. Starting from the reception till the cleaning staff. The location is perfect, at a walkable distance from Istiklal street. Mr. Hamid was great and professional and I strongly recommend the hotel for all due to the friendly staff and cleanliness.

Wonderful service, scrupulously clean, friendly helpful manager and staff - incomparable location if you want to explore the Istiklal Street, Galata Tower and such sights on foot. On a quiet street but very close to markets and restaurants.
