The airbnb was unhygienic, unhealthy and completely disgusting. The place was impossible to stay at. The bathroom ceiling was covered in mold. There were cigarette ashes on the table and ants in our bed. The whole place had a repulsive odor of cigarette smoke. Also interesting that the ashes on the table were there after already having looked at the entire room, leaving and then coming back... Stay away from this place.

This is honestly the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed. The room smelled, was very dirty and unhygienic. Many broken items like door knobs, toilet handles and air conditioning. The cigarette smoke smell was disgusting. I would suggest avoiding this place though the location is good.

Çok kötü, işletmecinin cevaplarını şöyle bir okuyun... saygısızca ve yanlış bir işi seçmiş şahıs. Müşteri memnuniyeti ve ilgilenme diye birşey duydunuz mu siz acaba hiç ? Sadece verdiği cevabı okuyun. Çok yazık. Dirty hotel and not friendly stuff. They want just make quickly lot money. the stuff smokes in the hotel, I think that was forbidden in Turkey ? The stuff Doesn't take care to the guests. The showerhead was broken and after 5 time asking to change it they changed after 3 days ! They doesn't clean the room well, it was really dirty in the floor every day more and more. Very sad, because the cleanliness in the hotel and the friendliness stuff is not like before ( 4-5 Years ago ). I will not stay here again. Dirty unfriendly hotel.

Walked in to book, was given a (not unreasonable price) was shown a room, everything seemed well. Asked if I could pay by card, was told there was a problem with the card machine (which is lucky, because had I booked online I would have needed to pay at property by card). Went online, found a better price, asked the gentleman if I could have that price if I paid him directly, but he had some odd story about 'room without view' or whatever (I had been shown the same room as in the picture). When I went to withdraw the money, I realised I could just book online and pay with the card. It turns out that while the site was listing four room, everytime I tried to put the payment through it listed the rooms as having 'just been booked'. I'm convinced the desk person blocked the rooms out of spite thinking that I would have to come back and pay the higher price. Well, I didn't. I went to Galata instead =)
