- There are electric blinds on the windows, but no fly screens have been installed. Flies disturb sleep at night. Mosquito nets are a must. - There is air conditioning in the bedrooms and living room and it works properly. - The furniture is beautiful. - Kitchenware is in worse condition than in student housing. - The table tennis table looks like it's from World War II. - It either doesn't have internet or it seems like it does but it doesn't exist or it's very slow - External lighting is very inadequate, you can sit by the pool in the evenings and play okey, cards etc. cannot be played. - The staff is attentive, they try to help immediately when there is a problem. - The afforestation between the adjacent villas is not very dense, it feels like you are hanging out next to each other. - TV, toaster, kettle and barbecue are in good condition

The reason I dropped one star is how can there not be mosquito nets in such a beautiful villa? We are at war with flies all day long. The second minus is that there is table tennis, but it is too idle to be used. There is no water in the morning.
