Great family house and really friendly!! We are really happy with our stay in Tam Coc with them. The room was really nice and the house really quite. Is next to the lake and other great touristic attractions, easy to get everywhere with a motorbike that you can rent from them. They helped us with everything we needed. We would highly recommend!

Very friendly, naturally hospitable and honest family. Transport wise: Helped us getting to our next destination, and let us stay longer with our room past check-out to wait for the bus, followed us to the bus. They have bicycles to rent for 30 000 per day. Cleaning: Cleanest room we had in Vietnam, they even cleaned the bathroom, it was spotless. Breakfast was of your choice from a menu with western and Vietnamese food, definitely enough to please. Good coffee. Location: perfect location with only 5 minutes to the main street. Very quiet area, we slept without any disturbances. Would recommend this place to anyone who isn't after a place with a pool. Would stay here again.

This is an amazing place with lots of ambience. Very quiet, lots of greenery around, peaceful and very comfortable rooms. Very friendly family. Would love to stay longer.

I had an incredible stay here. The hosts made me feel very welcome and were accommodating to anything I needed. The rooms were spacious, quiet, and had great natural light. And the daily breakfast was one of the best I've had after three months of hotel stays. If you're coming to the Ninh Binh/Tam Coc area, I would highly recommend staying here. I will definitely be back if I'm in the area again!
