Really loud construction nearby so don’t expect to sleep in or relax with windows open. They should really tell you. Plus mosquitoes everywhere in the apartment and you cannot cool down the apartment since they turn off thermostat during the winter and there’s no fan to circulate the air. I have at least 10 mosquitoes in my apartment and no service in the evening to address the issue. Also the smart tv doesn’t allow you to use Netflix or any streaming service so it’s pretty useless Other than that prime location and very clean apartment.

Best location ever 🙏😍 very clean apartment we had a huge balcony on 4th floor. unfortunately during our stay there was public construction going on so the noise wast pleasant 🤪 best breakfast place in Alicante is located right next to the apartment 😍

Clean rooms, code key super. Excellent shower and ac. Also kitchenware readily available. Silent hotel but Alicante you party all night long.

If it was possible to give zero stars, I would have. They have scammed me. After reservation, they asked me to share my credit card details (front & back) via whatsapp. This goes against the security of the card and risks both monetary and identity theft. I refused and asked for cancellation with full-refund. Instead, they refused my request and only gave me a partial refund.
