The location of the hotel is superb, offering easy access to many of the city's popular attractions. Additionally, the value for money is exceptional, providing affordable accommodation without compromising on quality. What stood out to me the most, however, was the comfort of the bed mattress. I had a great night's sleep each night thanks to the high-quality bedding and comfortable mattress. Lastly, I must mention Rose at the reception who was incredibly hospitable and helpful during my stay. Her warm welcome and willingness to assist with any queries or requests made my stay even more enjoyable. The rooms at DS Tashi Hotel are quite spacious, measuring around 500 sq ft. This gave me ample room to move around and relax during my stay. Furthermore, each room comes equipped with a balcony which provided a lovely view of the surrounding area and added an extra touch of comfort to my stay. I appreciated having a private outdoor space to enjoy a morning coffee or relax in the evening after a long day of exploring the city. Overall, the generous size of the rooms and the addition of a balcony made my stay at DS Tashi Hotel even more enjoyable.

EN Version: Came here with my wife on the recommendation of a local resident and found ourselves in the midst of the COVID-19 quarantine in Da Nang. We have been living here for a month and in isolation we had the opportunity to study in detail the hotel's service. As we were told, this place opened recently and everything is actually new here. There are not many rooms, which is good, it is very quiet here. Very friendly staff, they say "hello" all the time, no matter how many times a day I pass them, it's very nice. During the isolation period, although the shops were open, we had no problems with finances and there were no problems with a shortage of face masks, the hotel management took care of its residents and provided everyone with a supply of food and masks for free. It was very nice and friendly. I also liked that I could always communicate with the staff through Zalo, they answered very promptly and very politely. The hotel has a pool, it is not large, but I liked that at the time of our stay there was an unwritten rule - if one couple entered the pool, then no one else comes there. You could spend time in privacy and the hotel staff helped by fencing off the pool. It is very nice. Once we decided to organize a rooftop BBQ and I was surprised that it was free. Although I bought coals for the barbecue, when I went upstairs, the barbecue was already lit for me, they set up an ice bucket for champagne and politely offered fruit. This place very much reflects the Vietnamese mentality, friendliness, cheerfulness, hospitality and kindness of the local people! Remember to treat local people the same way! We were very pleased with this quiet, clean and comfortable place. RU Version: Приехали сюда с женой по рекомендации местного жителя и попали в самый разгар карантина COVID-19 в Дананга. Живем тут уже месяц и в изоляции у нас была возможность детально изучить сервис отеля. Как нам сказали, это место открылось недавно и тут на самом деле все новое. Номеров не много и это хорошо, тут очень тихо. Очень приветливый и дружелюбный персонал, они здороваются постоянно сколько бы раз за день я не прошел мимо них, это очень приятно. В период изоляции, хотя магазины были открыты, у нас не было проблем с финансами и не было проблем с дефицитом масок для лица, руководство отеля позаботилось о своих жильцах и бесплатно предоставили всем запас еды и масок. Это было очень приятно и дружелюбно. Еще мне понравилось что я всегда мог общаться с персоналом через Zalo отвечали очень оперативно и очень вежливо. В отеле есть бассейн, он не большой, но мне мне понравилось что на момент нашего прибывания работало негласное правило - если в бассейн зашла одна пара, то больше туда ни кто не приходит. Вы могли провести время уединенно и персонал отеля помогал в этом отгораживая бассейн. Это очень приятно. Как-то мы решили организовать BBQ на крыше и я был удивлен, что это оказалось бесплатно. Хотя я купил угли для мангала, когда я поднялся наверх, то мангал уже разожгли за меня, установили ведро со льдом для шампанского и вежливо предложили фрукты. Это место очень отражает вьетнамскую ментальность, дружелюбие, жизнерадость, гостеприимство и доброту местного народа! Не забывайте относиться к местным людям так же! Мы остались очень довольным этим тихим чистым и уютным местом.
